About the Role
Join our West London store to help bring the Rejina Pyo world to life. Confident, experienced individuals with a background in fashion, art, or interiors will shape immersive, inspiring moments, presenting clothing, design objects, and art thoughtfully for every visitor.

This front-of-house role is central to creating carefully curated, memorable environments, ensuring every visitor leaves with a sense of the Rejina Pyo experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and embody the Rejina Pyo brand values

• Support the day-to-day running of the store alongside the Store Manager

• Contribute to a high-performing environment and help achieve sales goals

• Maintain stock, unpack deliveries, and ensure all products are beautifully presented

• Uphold visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s aesthetic

• Build genuine relationships with clients and the local community

• Share creative ideas to enhance the in-store experience and community engagement

• Assist with events and in-store activations

• Capture in-store content to support brand marketing

• Stay informed about products, collections, and relevant fashion and design trends
